Our call list fee is $250. Once you are on our call list we will keep you updated on when breedings occur, when pregnancies are confirmed and when puppies are born that match the color and gender of the puppy you would like. Our call list fee is non-refundable but if we do not have a puppy available within twelve months of receiving your fee that matches the gender and color you would like then we will happily refund your fee. Once a puppy is born that matches the color and gender you prefer you have 48 hours to decide if you would like to move forward and place a deposit on a puppy. If you decide to place a deposit on a puppy we will email you a deposit contract. We collect deposits when a litter has reached two weeks of age, this is because between birth and 14 days of age puppies are extremely fragile. We stay awake with mom and the puppies 24/7 for the first 14 days to try to prevent a tired mom from accidentally laying on a puppy. If you have committed to a puppy and we do not receive your deposit by when the puppies are 21 days of age then you will lose your place. As responsible breeders we conduct temperament tests and help match each family to a puppy on an individual basis. Puppies are “picked” on puppy go home day in the order of interest/deposits received. So, in other words if we have three puppies that match what three different families are looking for after temperament testing is complete the families will then pick a puppy in the order in which we received their call list fee (please note call list fee, not deposit fee, so that means you cannot try to send in your deposit faster than another family on our call list in order to try to get a higher pick. Yes, people do this.) This CALL LIST FEE (hereinafter CONTRACT) is effective when signed below by buyer (whether singular or plural). The following terms and conditions are agreed to between Seller and Buyer: When you are placed on our call list a $250.00 holding fee is required and is NON-REFUNDABLE . Personal check is fine when placing a holding fee. An additional $250.00 deposit is required when a puppy is born that matches the color and gender you desire. Both the call list fee and the deposit fee are applied to the purchase price of your puppy. Our puppies are $3,000.00 unless noted otherwise. Final payment is due in cash, certified bank check, or through Good Dog’s payment platform when you pick up your puppy at 8 weeks old. If you wish to pay for your puppy with a personal check your check must be received three weeks before your puppy goes home. If your puppy is going to be shipped/transported by a third party final payment for the puppy must be received and cleared before the puppy will be released. The seller has reserved the right to cancel this contract, in which case the $250.00 call list fee will be refunded in full. Puppies will not be released to their new homes until the age of 8 weeks. Legally I cannot release a puppy even the day before they are 8 weeks of age. Puppies held beyond eight weeks of age will be charged board at the rate of $40.00 per day. If puppies are held beyond 8 weeks, the buyer will also be charged for additional vaccinations and veterinary costs if needed. All puppies will be vet checked and will go home with their first set of shots, microchip and health certificate from a NH licensed veterinarian. The puppies will have also been dewormed at 2,4,6,and 8 weeks of age. Healthy puppies can pick up parasites. At 7 weeks of age your puppy will have a fecal test done and he/she will be dewormed appropriately before going home. The fecal exam determines which dewormer is best for the last deworming. I always strive to do my very best keeping families updated with pictures of the puppies. You may notice that between the age of 6-8 weeks there may be less pictures posted. This is because I am temperament testing, introducing puppies to crate training, taking the puppies on short car rides and cleaning, cleaning, cleaning besides being a mom and caring for our adult dogs. Puppies love to make a mess and do not like to stay still for photos at this age. As always you can always text anytime, generally text gets the fastest response.
